High-Energy Round Bowls for faster time cycles and unloading advantages

Almco offers a High-Energy (HE) Bowl Series featuring shorter time cycles and increased action, when production dictates. “HE” Series bowls have design efficiency and multiple advantages:

• High-impact vibration with increased amplitude control of both upper/lower counterweights
• Two-dimensinoal control of both impact stroke and mass progression
• New concept “Mass Roll” with strategic parts positioning
• Parts/Media unloading efficiency via high-energy mass rotation and action
• Steel media parts processing and unloading capability

Unique media flow action facilitates gentle or aggressive deburring

With Almco’s natural contour molded urethane-lined tub, parts stay immersed in mass to give either gentle or aggressive deburring. While both the media and parts rotate in an upswept angular clockwise movement, constant cleaning is accomplished through the dual, replaceable urethane drain plates aided by the constant spray system. Removable center dome is an optional accessory.

Almco Round Bowl fitted with rotating divider to provide multiple compartments fabricated of urethane, spaced for individual handling of parts, thus preventing impingement and eliminating fixturing. Parts are loaded and unloaded from rotating mass without stopping machine.
