Photo illustrates Almco End Discharge Vibratory Machine featuring an air operated media and parts discharge door, urethane lined chute, and oscillating screener deck with urethane lined surfaces and a plastisol coated woven wire screen to protect parts from being damaged. Inclined conveyor transfers media up to an overhead storage hopper located above the vibratory machine. Screener options include part rinsing, rust inhibiting through recirculatory hooded spray sections and moisture blow-off features if required. Systems available for plastic, cermamic and steel media applications.
